Almost 400 members and only 16 people entering? Come on you guys, I know you aren't THAT lazy.

If for some reason there's a problem in entering, let me know and I'll see if I can help work it out!
If no one takes place in the clubs' events then we will end up having less and less of them in the future!
It's that time again! Character exchange anyone?
To sign up for the exchange, leave a comment here with links to a reference!!What is a character exchange?Character exchange is pretty simple. You give someone a character to draw, and in turn, you draw someone else's character as well. It's done completely random: I will be pulling the name of the character you are to draw from a hat! All that we ask is that you keep it a secret as to who you're drawing for, so that it'll be a surprise for the person receiving it! I will also be taking part in the exchange as I usually do, so I'll be the only one knowing who's drawing for me.
This is not a contest. There are no prizes.
But there is a deadline. It wouldn't be fair for someone to not receive their picture until next year. We don't like that. Considering this is only one character being drawn, we usually give about a month for the entries to be in.
How do you sign up?Easy. All you have to do is comment here with a link (or how ever many you wish to supply) to a reference of your character (just ONE character) and any sort of details you feel is necessary for them to be drawn (example, it might help to leave a bit about their personality if it is not mentioned in the artists comments that you're linking them to.)
When will I know who's character I'm drawing?I will draw the names May 12th and send out notes privately to everyone as to who they are drawing for included with the references and what not. This gives you just a little over a week to sign up! So if you're not sure, it gives you some time to think about it.
Can I use a base? After much debate, I'm sorry to say we cannot allow bases in the exchange. Our last exchange was very successful in that most did their part. Problem was, those who were base/doll users did
not do their part. It's not meant to be biased in anyway, I'm sorry, but if you can't even stick some clothes and hair on something that's already drawn for you and get it in then there's no reason for them to be allowed at all.
No tracing/stolen art allowed whatsoever. It's not only a rule of the group, it's a rule of the site.
Does the picture have to be colored? We prefer yes. Please, treat this like it's a personal work that you should be proud of. If you specialize in pencil shading and work really hard at it, then that's fine. But we prefer fully colored, at least half-body works. If you want to go above and beyond and make it full body with full out bending and a detailed background, that is completely your choice. All that we require is color, half body, and EFFORT!!
If you have any questions, please, feel free to drop a comment! I don't bite, promise. I'll try to answer you whenever I can, and to the best of my ability. We accept both OCs from the original "Avatar: The Last Airbender" and "Legend of Korra".
Thanks everyone!
